Career Highlights

• In 2000, Blanton along with his partner Eric Fonoimoana won the Gold Medal at the Olympic Summer Games in Sydney, Austrailia
• In 2000, Dain took third place in Belgium and fifth in Portugal on the FIVB World Tour
• On the FIVB World Tour in 1999, Dain finished fourth in Austria and Belgium and he took ninth in the World Championships with Eric
• In 1998, Blanton finished second in Austria on the FIVB and had 8 top three finishes on the AVP Tour with Fonoimoana
• In 1997 Dain had 14 top five finishes on the AVP

College

• Blanton was an All-American outside hitter at Pepperdine University
• In 1992, he led the Waves to a NCAA National Championship

• Dain enjoys mountain biking and all outdoor activities
• He earned a degree in public relations and a teaching degree while attending Pepperdine
